Edwardsville Days

Edwardsville Days is the annual festival held in the City in the spring or summer.

For a number of years, the event was organized by the Bonner Springs-Edwardsville Chamber of Commerce, but in 2016 management of the festival was transitioned over to City staff and a volunteer planning committee.

Typically, the event is held the final week of April, but beginning in 2018 the festival may move to a later summer date for weather related reasons. Please check the City's social media accounts and homepage for up-to-date information about the event's schedule.

Edwardsville Days features live music each night of the event. It has been a showcase for local favorites such as OneNiteOnlyKC as well as emerging national and international touring groups such as the Brandon Miller Band and Ryan Manuel & the Getaway. Nashville has also had a strong presence at the event. In 2016 Casi Joy, who would later go on to be featured on NBC's The Voice, headlined the event. In 2017, rising country star Grace Maher headlined the Saturday evening show.

This event could not be put on without the generous sponsorships provided by area businesses. Sponsorship opportunities are released in the first quarter of the year and cover a wide variety of areas. Businesses such as Saints Pub + Patio, Kutak Rock, Waste Management, Goodcents of Bonner Springs, the Edwardsville Party Store, Bank Midwest, and the Haritage II Salon have been among some of the even't sponsors.

Some of the staples of the event that you can count on seeing year to year include the Mouse Races, Community Center Craft Fair, food vendors, children's carnival, and the Saturday morning parade.

We encourage you to visit the City's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/EdwardsvilleKS and check out the events tab on the left. As the festival draws closer, this will be the primary source for news and information.
