Registration for the 2022 Spooky Express is now live! The Spooky Express is the neighborhood ATV/UTV parade that will take place on Sunday, October 30, beginning at 1:00 PM. The event involves residents signing up their utility vehicles (RAZRs, Gators, UTVs, 4-wheelers, etc.) and setting out from City Hall on a multi-stop tour across the City. Stops will be stationed in Edwardsville neighborhoods for participants to hand out candy and treats to area kids (who are hopefully in costume!). Participants are encouraged to decorate their participating vehicles in the spirit of the season. A final map will be released prior to the Oct. 30 event.
