The City of Edwardsville is currently accepting submissions for its facility janitorial contract. This contract will cover cleaning and janitorial services for City facilities, including City Hall, the Edwardsville Police Department, and the Public Works maintenance facility. The terms of the requested services are detailed in the formal RFP response packet, including with this listing. This bid opportunity will be active from May 15, 2023 until June 5, 2023 at 2:00 PM, at which point submissions will be publicly opened. In order to submit, firms must complete the related bid packet and turn back into City Hall (690 S. 4th St., Edwardsville, KS 66111) in a sealed envelope, prior to the June 5 2:00 PM reading deadline.
